This is coupled with a selection of tools designed with the user in mind, such as the ability to view searches in order of relevance, save previous searches, create book marks and add your own working notes to any book that can be shared.

Full Text Searching — MyiLibrary allows the user to browse across all titles, searching the full text of all content on the platform, and reference this by keyword, author, ISBN, publisher, publication date, subject, or category and refine this search using the full LC subject tree.

Copy, Paste and Print — Users can copy text and images from titles into Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point (subject to individual publisher restrictions).

My Bookmarks Users can access their own unique bookmarks allowing them to bookmark individual pages or chapters.

My Saved Searches — Users can save and retrieve previous searches for use at a later date.

New Title Alerting — MyiLibrary offers a new title alerting service.

Usage Reports — Available from MyiLibrary on a monthly basis.

MARC Records — Each MyiLibrary title has a quality MARC record that is downloadable into any library system, allowing access directly to the title from a library OPAC.

Linking to External eContent Databases — MyiLibrary has flexible linking tools, enabling the user to broaden the reach of their research to include other controlled access resources such as journal and statistical databases.
